BEAUTY: YELLOW IS THE NEW BLACK

Well, HELLO there!!

It's been a while, like a really long while huh?!

Well I think I've voiced this out before but I have been in this funk since like March.
I've been pushing my self to get out of it but It hasn't worked all the way.

Summer is officially HERE!
I'm glad to announce that I have found my way back into the colorful side.

I got my nails done recently and while I was searching for a polish color I came across this OPI I Just Can’t Cope-acabana color and I instantly fell in love with it.

This color totally brought me back to a little bit of creativity.

I have been so into dark lip colors and make up, that I forgot how much I love color.

Color makes me happy, so I found my way back to the colorful side by putting together this make up look!

For this look I wanted the main focus to be the yellow color and the red lips, so I kept the eye make up more subtle.

My go to eye look has always been a combination of brownish and cream color on the lid, as the years have passed I've added black liner which still one of my biggest struggles, but I'm getting there yal!

For the face I decided to keep it simple and just add a little bit of Bronzer and I guess the simple part goes away when Highlight is involved huh?!! 

I added highlight to the bridge of my nose, the tip of my nose and my Cupid's bow.

Now this look main focus was the lips, I struggled trying to find the perfect lip color since I was already wearing bright yellow, and had bright nails, so I didn't know if I needed to keep it simple or go all the way out, and I guess I decided to go all the way out!

I reached for the RED color, the pants I was wearing that day had a red stripe and I figured red lips will be perfect for the look.

I really loved how this look came out, in my opinion was simple to create with the
 perfect pop of color!
